The CAP Barbell Regular Bar is a 1-inch barbell perfect for training. Available as 5, 6, or 7-foot length and supporting up to 250-pounds. Chrome plated steel is strong and flexible. The knurling helps maintain grip. Compatible with CAP Barbell RC-06 spring clips (sold separately).
